Guess who??

Yep, it's me. I'm so embarrased at how long it's been since I've last posted. Sorry.

I do have a lot of exciting news to share though, so hopefully that will make up for it.

First of all, the new catalog is out with new product and stamp sets!! You gotta check it out! http://www.stampinup.com/ and click on 'Get our products' then 'Our current catalogues' then 'Can-English'. Start flipping through the catti. Or if you'd like a paper copy, you can purchase them for $12.04 or earn one for free by hosting a workshop. You'll also notice the prices have come down, but those prices are all wrong, THEY'VE DROPPED THEM ANOTHER 7%!!!! Excellent prices now I tell ya! AND, a qualifing show is now $200 instead of $225 so you'll earn hostess benefits faster.

Sale-A-Bration is also just around the corner. Feb. 1st to March 17th. Spend $70 and you can pick from 5 exclusive stamp sets or a set of rubon's. Also as a hostess, for every $400 in sales you also get to pick a stamp set or rubons. My calendar is starting to fill up so if you want to book a workshop, call or email me ASAP.

Some other good news SU! told us about is it that soon, as demo's, we'll be able to accept Credit card as a payment option. Woohoo, that will be so good!!

Alright, now on to the fun stuff. I spent most of my day today making this mini album. I used CD envelopes for the base and added CS and 'stuff'. I used up some of my old scrappin' kits and only 2 sheets of pp. I didn't use very many 3D embellishments as the book would get too thick, plus I wanted to keep it simple and focus on the pictures.

This album was really hard for me to scrap for 2 reasons. One, those of you that know me as a scrapper, know I have to scrap in chronological order. These are not 'next on my list', but I did them anyway. Also, I never thought I would NOT put pictures in my scrapbooks. This is my first mini album and it's of a day of hiking with my sister and her family. It would have been hard to get these all onto just a layout or two. I definately see more in my future.

Love it! Wish I would have seen this one before I made the one for Helen of Sam and Lucas. It didn't work out quite the way I wanted it too. I could have used some of the ideas you have in your mini! Love it...way to work out of your comfort zone! You may become a haphazard scrapper yet tee hee...NOT!
